Description: The project included:

  • construction of a new 600m2 pool together with a kitchen outlet at North Pool (also known as La Pointe)
  • construction of Club One, comprising of a Kids’ Club, a Teens’ Club, a Gym, a Cardio and Spinning Studio, along with three tennis courts and two paddle courts

  • Demolition of existing cold rooms to increase supermarket area
  • Construction of a new ramp and provide parking access on roof
  • Parking Area at Roof level with balustrades and new  waterproofing
