We seek a seasoned professional with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills. & possess a high level of ethics & integrity.  You'll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, collaborating with our construction and engineering teams at Pre-Tender stage.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience, proficiency in CCS (Candy) estimating software, and excellent leading & communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a closely related discipline is preferred.

Demonstrated experience as Estimator or Quantity Surveyor within the building construction sector.

Skilled in utilizing relevant software tools for cost estimation and project management.

Knowledgeable about construction project scheduling and planning.

Establish and maintaining relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders in the construction industry

Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring and developing team members.

Flexible – ability to work long hours and beyond scope of job description
